Spacious house
The layout of the house offers the necessary tranquility. In the garden and on the terrace is cozy. The living area on the ground floor is located at the back of the house and consists of a sitting area, an open kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area with large dining table. On the street side is a play area with foosball table and arcade cabinet.
On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and dressing room as well as the bathroom, with shower, extra toilet and double sink. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a mezzanine with a single bed.
Advantages
Free parking in the street. The house is accessible from the back, where private parking is available. House Tilo is bicycle-friendly. Bicycles can be safely locked in the garden shed, where there is also a bicycle pump and toolkit. There is also a dartboard and barbecue in the garden shed. Bed and bath linen is always included.
