This house dating from 1929 was completely renovated in 2014 with great care and respect for its authentic character. Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed into an atmospheric hallway with original wall tiling that makes history palpable. On the ground floor you will find a practical room to store any bicycles and a separate toilet.
Via the original staircase you reach the second floor: a warm, comfortable living space where relaxing comes naturally. The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped and invites for cozy meals. From the kitchen you step onto the south-facing roof terrace - ideal for enjoying a quiet moment in the sun.
On the second floor are two stylish bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds. One of the rooms gives access to a cozy mezzanine with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and additional toilet offers all the comforts you would expect.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped to guarantee you a carefree stay.
